Jenifer Swallow  is the founder and principal of Jenifer Swallow Law, a firm she established over 20 years ago with a vision to provide clear, compassionate, and effective legal services. Under her leadership, the firm has grown into a respected practice specialising in Probate & Wills, Inheritance Tax Law, Inheritance Claims, Unclaimed Funds, Estate Planning, and Company Law.

With two decades of hands-on experience, Jenifer has built a reputation for excellence in guiding families, individuals, and businesses through complex legal matters. Jenfier studied Law (LLB) at the University of London, before completing her Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the College of Law, London. She later advanced her expertise with a Master’s degree in International Business & Commercial Law from King’s College London, equipping her with specialist knowledge in both private client and corporate legal practice.

Throughout her career, Jenifer has successfully represented clients in high-value estate matters, advised on intricate inheritance tax issues, and supported businesses through incorporation, compliance, and corporate governance challenges.
